No Return Policy

All Cell Vitals Nutrition products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

Nutritional supplements fall under consumable and health products, and for safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns after delivery.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Opened or unopened products after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with :

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

After verification, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Cancellation Policy
