Where an Order is cancelled by the Company before dispatch after any payment has been received, the amount paid shall be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method, as applicable.

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

11. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

To improve order confirmation and reduce fraudulent or non-serious orders, Cell-Vitals Nutrition may offer Partial Cash on Delivery ("Partial COD") for selected orders.

Under this facility:

  • An advance payment, determined by the Company at the time of checkout, is collected to confirm the order.
  • The balance amount is payable upon successful delivery.
  • The advance amount is adjusted against the final invoice value and is not an additional charge.

By selecting the Partial COD payment option, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.

 

12. Advance Payment

The advance payment serves as confirmation of the Customer's intent to purchase and enables the Company to initiate order processing, packaging, quality checks, dispatch, and logistics arrangements.

The advance amount shall be:

  • adjusted against the final payable amount upon successful delivery;
  • fully refundable where the Company cancels the order before dispatch or is unable to fulfil the order due to reasons attributable to the Company.

 

13. Customer Refusal or Failed Delivery

The Company incurs shipping, packaging, quality assurance, payment processing, and reverse logistics costs immediately after an order is confirmed.

Accordingly, if an order placed under Partial COD is returned due to any of the following reasons attributable to the Customer:

  • refusal to accept delivery;
  • customer unavailable after up to three delivery attempts by the courier partner;
  • incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery address or contact information;
  • refusal to cooperate with delivery verification;
  • failure to collect the shipment from the courier despite notification, where applicable;

the order shall be treated as cancelled by the Customer after dispatch.

In such circumstances, the advance payment shall be retained by the Company towards shipping, handling, packaging, payment processing, and reverse logistics costs already incurred.

This amount shall not be treated as a penalty but as recovery of actual operational expenses associated with processing the confirmed order.

 

14. Order Verification

To ensure secure transactions and protect customers against fraudulent activities, the Company reserves the right to verify any order before dispatch.

Verification may include, without limitation:

  • telephone confirmation;
  • SMS verification;
  • email confirmation;
  • OTP verification;
  • address confirmation;
  • identity verification in exceptional circumstances.

Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable period may result in cancellation of the order.

15. High-Risk Orders

The Company uses internal and third-party fraud detection mechanisms to assess transaction risks.

Orders may be classified as high-risk based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • multiple failed payment attempts;

  • convert the order to prepaid payment only;
  • refuse Cash on Delivery or Partial COD;

16. Fraud Prevention

Cell-Vitals Nutrition maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward fraudulent transactions.

Without limiting any other rights available under applicable law, the Company reserves the right to:

  • cancel suspicious orders;
  • suspend or terminate customer accounts;
  • decline future Cash on Delivery facilities;
  • refuse future promotional offers;
  • report fraudulent activity to payment partners or competent authorities where legally required.

The Company also reserves the right to recover any financial losses resulting from fraudulent activities through appropriate legal remedies.

 

17. Shipping & Delivery

The Company currently delivers Products across India through authorised courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the Website are indicative only and may vary due to factors beyond the Company's reasonable control, including:

  • weather conditions;
  • public holidays;
  • natural disasters;
  • political disturbances;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • courier operational delays;
  • remote delivery locations.

Delivery dates are estimates only and shall not constitute a guarantee.

 

18. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.

Customers are expected to:

  • remain available at the provided delivery address;
  • ensure that the registered mobile number is reachable;
  • cooperate with the courier partner to facilitate successful delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed after three reasonable attempts due to customer-related reasons, the shipment may be returned to the Company and processed in accordance with the applicable Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and Partial COD Policy.

 

19. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order through the Website, the Customer agrees to:

  • provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information;
  • ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment;
  • inspect the outer package before accepting delivery;
  • report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery;
  • retain the original product, packaging, labels, invoice, and shipping materials where a replacement claim is requested;
  • refrain from placing speculative, fraudulent, or non-serious orders;
  • use promotional offers only for their intended purpose;

20. Cancellation, Returns, Replacements and Refunds

20.1 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by the Customer only before they have been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or any other legitimate business reason. In such cases, any amount paid by the Customer shall be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund process.

 

20.2 Non-Returnable Products

As Cell-Vitals Nutrition products are health supplements intended for personal consumption, they are non-returnable once delivered.

  • Ordered by mistake

20.3 Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests shall only be considered in the following circumstances:
