Cancellation And Refund Policy
CANCELLATION
We at Cell-Vitals Nutrition understand that our customers may need to cancel orders or request refunds for various reasons. We have therefore created a clear and transparent policy that outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.
- Cancellation of an order can only be done before the order is shipped.
- Customers can cancel their orders by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. Once your cancellation request is received and acknowledged, we will cancel the order, and you will receive a refund within 7 business days.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
REFUND
The company has a firm policy on returns and refunds, and will only accept them in specific cases.
Returns are only acceptable for products that are damaged during transit, have physical defects, or in case an incorrect product is shipped. In such instances, you must send an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the stipulated time frame.
It is important to note that returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, if the seal has been broken, or if the serial number has been tampered with. Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it to validate the claim.
If the return is approved as eligible, a refund or replacement will be issued. However, if the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your request. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of your refund request.
If you want to return all or part of your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing contact@cellvitalsnutrition.com.
